  • Assist to prepare daily finance duties, such as prepare payment, update received payment and cash bank-in matters, etc.
  • Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into system.
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation
  • Prepare Sales Reports, DSO Reports
  • Prepare GST submission
  • Good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency with computers, ERP and with good MS skills.
  • Full spectrum of the administrative duties, such as facilitate management, office expenses, organizing corporate events, handle travel booking and hotel reservation, etc.
  • Responsible for Time Management, Security System and Management of Vendors
  • Verify staff’s claims.
  • Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by Accountant and Managing Director.

Requirements

Min. 3 years of relevant experience.
