WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Experience executing successful campaigns
• Experience in spending large budgets profitably
• Spearhead campaign optimization strategy and measure campaign performance based on RIP, CPI, MAU, DAU, Revenue/Spends, Volume, Tutorial%, etc.
• Execute User Acquisition activities across various marketing mediums including SEM, Google AdWords, Facebook Channels and ad networks.
• Market Analysis, Marketing Plan, App Store Optimization Plan
• Ability to source, test, evaluate advertising partners/networks with the help of analytics
• Drive to innovate, develop and constantly improve UA activities

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• Hands-on experience of Google AdWords, Facebook ads Manager
• Understanding of mobile, social and online marketing, and the key levers that impact traffic and conversion rates
• Knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus
• Fluent with Google apps, Jira
• True passion for mobile games, both from an end-user and marketer perspective

• Ability to effectively communicate with ad partners to drive campaign performance optimally

• Aptitude for working, delivering and thriving in a fast-paced environment
