Job description

  • Responsible for NAV Project and daily NAV operation Support
  • Support NAV end users and trouble shoot issues & implementation schedule according to planned milestones, and deliverable.
  • Support and coordinate the progress of NAV project.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to implement projects, update and manage project key issues.
  • Provide functional support and ensure that application environments, licensing, and resources are made available to the team before the project initiation.
  • Lead and Manage User Acceptance Test (UAT) and user training sessions, with involved vendors, stakeholders & end users and follow up on reported application related issue and upgrades closely. Including JetReport
  • Provide end-user support for system functional, operational and technical basis and assist in troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of ERP Microsoft NAV.
  • Maintain & responsible for IT project Training Documentation & User Guide for training purposes.
  • Guiding & train new employee for Microsoft NAV function.
  • Configure & optimize Microsoft Application which include sales CRM, Business Central NAV, Office 365.
  • Liaise with vendors on ERP Microsoft Navision.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Experience in NAV support, NAV Technical function, JetReport Technical function and IT Project Management skills.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Must be able to work in a team or individually with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
