Responsibilities:

  • Manage all indoor and outdoor installation, repairs and maintenance
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Ensure proper documentation of service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols and ensure compliance to service standards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Maintain customer base through CRM system and procedures
  • Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or in person over the counter
  • Handle pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Create brand awareness with internal and external parties
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Familiarity with hand tools and mobile applications
  • Possess 1 – 2 years of relevant experiences in customer service and technical support is a plus
