Responsibilities:
- Manage all indoor and outdoor installation, repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Ensure proper documentation of service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols and ensure compliance to service standards
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Maintain customer base through CRM system and procedures
- Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or in person over the counter
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales support
- Create brand awareness with internal and external parties
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with hand tools and mobile applications
- Possess 1 – 2 years of relevant experiences in customer service and technical support is a plus
