Job Description :
- Provide excellent customer service to achieve sales target.
- Sales driven, motivate and lead the sales team in achieving their individual and store KPIs.
- Partner with immediate superior to formulate action plans to sales productivity.
- Assist store-in-charge on daily basis to maximise store operations efficiency.
- Build up team spirit through coaching and counselling to maximize store overall performance.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum GCE O Level certification or Diploma in any field.
- 3 years of retail store experience with minimum 1 year of Senior Staff capacity in assisting overall store management.
- Strong analytical skill in Sales.
- Excellent personnel management and leadership skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays with shift duties.
- Service & sales oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skill managing both internal and external customer.
- Good team player with positive personality.
- Assist Store Manager in organizing stock room and supporting back of house by packing / unpacking shipments.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays & shift duty.
