Job Description
- Provide technical and operational supports to end-users. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues.
- Manage and maintain in-house and vendor developed applications.
- Manage and coordinate with end-users for system access, change request, UAT and Production deployment.
- Assist in requirement gathering, analysis, development and implementation of applications.
- Assist and/or coordinate in IT projects, IT related special projects including DRP/BCP, renewal of system licenses/support, etc.
- Assist in IT audit or certification process.
- Documentations including SOPs, process/workflow diagrams, electronic records filing, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in IT application support and programming.
- Strong technical skills in MSSQL, HTML and C/AL (MS Dynamic Navision).
- Hand-on programming experience in ASP, C, Visual Basic and Java.
- Basic knowledge in payroll, accounting, finance and document/template management system processes.
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence (BI) applications will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills, project management, systematic and dynamics.
