Applicant should have the below requirements
- 2 to 3 years of active Sales with a book of business in the Independent Distribution Electronic Components supply industry.
- Able to hit the ground running and generating postive results.
- Experience in other regions will be a plus.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
- Experience and creativity in brand building, development and customer retention within Asia
The success of this position will be measured on the following criteria:
- Explore and develop New Customers
- Contacting existing and potential new clients, maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Owning the sales targets by ensuring a pipeline for the your portfolio, ensure sales account base is diversified to include commercial, military, aerospace, automotive, automation and medical.
