Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (Mon to Fri) – 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm (lunch break)    

 

  • Receive order from customer, check unit price, issue Sales Order and Purchase Order.
  • Correspond with overseas suppliers (related companies) to manage shipping schedule and delivery of goods.
  • Plan delivery schedule accordingly as per customer request.
  • Create Goods Received Note on receipt of goods, liase with Store Keeper to keep stock or immediate shipment  to customer.
  • Prepare Delivery  Order and Tax Invoice, contact freight forwarder to collect shipment and follow-up to obtain shipping documents.
  • Update and maintain purchase order with GRN number and supplier invoice number
  • Update supplier invoice with  tax invoice number and date of delivery
  • Update Inventory for 2 major customers after each movement of stock.
  • Repair/Rework goods for customers and make necessary arrangments and follow-up with supplier.
  • Report weekly – Stock balance and delivery forecast
  • Report monthly – Check with supplier on outstanding orders, Stock balance at month end
  • Yearly – Plan of shipment date with supplier
  • Other duties assign by immediate superior.

 

Requirements:    

  • At least 3 years of working experience in shipping
  • Have experience in processing SO, PO, GRN & Invoicing
  • Understand GST requirements for Export Sales
  • Understand INCOTERMS 2010
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft
  • Good communication skill, responsible, able to work with minimum supervision
  • Some product planning (training given)
  • Able to work immediately
