Job Scope:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and provide solutions
- Conduct debugging to resolve errors
- Conduct system backups, optimization, initiation of recovery procedures
- Support with the goal of meeting performance and usage requirements
- Assist with system testing and deployment
- Assist with piloting of new tools, technologies, and/or processes
- Run routine application tests
- Monitor the systems to ensure availability to users in a secure and controlled
manner
- Liaise with developer’s team and business stakeholders

- Use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyses and resolve problems
- Produce incident report
Requirements:
- Experience with at least 1-year software development experience in any system or
using any open source framework.
- Preferable with knowledge of Enterprise software
- Knowledge in Retail operations would be preferred
- Knowledge in using reporting tools would be preferred
- Knowledge in Application development tools and methodologies would be
preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Understanding and knowledge of core LSNAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
modules or any retail software would be preferred
- Fair understanding of Microsoft SQL Database and able to perform initial problem
solving by executing SQL scripts
- Ability to create high quality system functional documentation, testing
environment and strong requirements gathering skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving and adaptable to work in a fast pace environment
- Possesses intellectual curiosity and a knack for analysing and solving problems
amidst ambiguity
- Knowledge and background of development (desired)

- Diploma in Computing, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Equivalent
