Job Scope:

  1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and provide solutions
  2. Conduct debugging to resolve errors
  3. Conduct system backups, optimization, initiation of recovery procedures
  4. Support with the goal of meeting performance and usage requirements
  5. Assist with system testing and deployment
  6. Assist with piloting of new tools, technologies, and/or processes
  7. Run routine application tests
  8. Monitor the systems to ensure availability to users in a secure and controlled

manner

  1. Liaise with developer’s team and business stakeholders

  1. Use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyses and resolve problems
  2. Produce incident report

Requirements:

  1. Experience with at least 1-year software development experience in any system or

using any open source framework.

  1. Preferable with knowledge of Enterprise software
  2. Knowledge in Retail operations would be preferred
  3. Knowledge in using reporting tools would be preferred
  4. Knowledge in Application development tools and methodologies would be

preferred

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  2. Understanding and knowledge of core LSNAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV

modules or any retail software would be preferred

  1. Fair understanding of Microsoft SQL Database and able to perform initial problem

solving by executing SQL scripts

  1. Ability to create high quality system functional documentation, testing

environment and strong requirements gathering skills.

  1. Analytical, problem-solving and adaptable to work in a fast pace environment
  2. Possesses intellectual curiosity and a knack for analysing and solving problems
