Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with vendor on pricing and lead time
- Co-ordinate with sales person on customer’s requirement
- Sourcing and procurement mechanical parts
- Prepare Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and required documentation
- Monitor and follow up with delivery schedule
- Handle goods incoming and outgoing
- Transport & logistics handling
- Perform basic admin and other adhoc duties
Job Requirements
- At least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales/ sourcing/ purchasing
- Comfortable handling heavy load of items
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team
- Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Purchasing, Logistics, Procurement, Indoor Sales
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
