Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with vendor on pricing and lead time
  • Co-ordinate with sales person on customer’s requirement
  • Sourcing and procurement mechanical parts
  • Prepare Purchase Order,  Delivery Order, Invoice and required documentation
  • Monitor and follow up with delivery schedule
  • Handle goods incoming and outgoing
  • Transport & logistics handling
  • Perform basic admin and other adhoc duties

Job Requirements

  • At least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales/ sourcing/ purchasing
  • Comfortable handling heavy load of items
  • Demonstrate ability to work as a team
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft      Office, Purchasing, Logistics, Procurement, Indoor Sales
  • Preferably Junior Executive      specialized in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
