Responsibilities:
- To supervise the renovation works for shop & commercial
- Report defects/ non-compliance to project manager
- Ensure the works are carried out according to schedule
- Site management
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experiences in F&B industry
- Microsoft Office, CAD, Illustrator & Photoshop
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective supervision and coordination of workers/ sub-contractors
- May need to work during weekend or OT if required.
