Responsibilities:

Take over project from Design/Marketing

Project Planning

• Obtain endorsement for scope of works
• Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation

Project Costing

• Call for quotation, scrutiny and recommendation of award to sub-contractors
• Prepare project costing and overview of profitability of project and cost
• Manage cost by constantly updating Variation Orders

Project Implementation

• Manage, coordinate and supervise all Builders’ and M&E works
• Ensure all workers on site have valid workers’ passes
• Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors

Commissioning and Handover

• Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN and M&E works
• Conduct handover inspection with client
• Complete defect rectification works and obtain endorsement by client
• Collate and compile As-Built Drawings
• Collate and submit Fire Safety Certificate to client and landlord

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK):

• Diploma /Degree in Project Management /Engineering /Design /QS
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar leadership role preferably in interior design/construction industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Resourceful & meticulous
• Positive mindset with “can do attitude”
• Analytical and well organized
