General Information
– Working hrs: Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 6:00pm
Sat from 8:30am to 1: 00 pm (Alternate Saturday offs)
– Transport benefits: Taxi/Grab reimbursement provided at Yew Tee MRT station for single-trip in the morning (*T&C applies).
Job Description
– To work with project supervisor for project paper work such as floorplan updates, qty summary updates, drawing confirmations, VO etc.
– To collate, prepare and record VO works
– To liase with drafter for shop drawing preparation and revisions.
– To update project progress for claim purposes.
– To prepare job processing order for in house factory and liase with the fabrication of mock up, alterations, etc.
– To prepare procurement order (qty summary, confirmed shop drawing) for overseas mass procurement.
Job Requirement
– Diploma or Degree in QS/ Building or equivalent
– Minimum 3years in construction and interior fit-out or joinery trade i.e carpentry fitments and doors.
– Salary Range: starts from SGD 2.8k to SGD 3.5k (depending on experience)
– Proficient in use of Autocad Software & 3D Max and understand construction floor plan
