Salary range: SGD$2,800 – SGD$3,200 (No OT entitlement)
- Plan and forecast production schedule for manufactured product
- Responsible to plan production schedule based on lead time of project to meet shipping date according customers’ orders
- Interface with Production manager, Sales & Project Department, Purchasing Department on material status and production planning issues
- Maintaining on accurate and up-to-date stock inventory
- Generate and issue of Manufacturing Order (MO)
- Interpret drawings and to understand machine process for planning purposes
- Analyses Production wastages and develop and implement programs to reduce it.
- Exercise the initiative to change the production schedule due to unforeseen circumstances
- Perform 5S and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in precision machining environment will be preferred
- Knowledgeable ERP System Software will be an advantage
- Resourceful in problem solving
- A team player with Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
- Have knowledge in ERP system + (MES – they will use this system next year)
- Experience in Manufacturing industry, know how to plan general duties
- Open for fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience so they can train them.
