Principle job responsibilities:
Manager & control a team of Process Engineers in the performance of daily duties to achieve a high level of productivity, efficiency and quality of production.
Prerequisites:
1) Relevant Degree/Diploma.
2) Minimum 10 years hands-on working exposure in process engineering in plastic injection moulding, with at least some years at managerial level.
3) Strong working knowledge of moulding machine parameters, plastic resin properties and tooling functionalities.
4) Skilled in trouble-shooting and resolving process issues.
5) Some Tooling knowledge will be ideal.
6) Up to date knowledge and application of Quality Systems such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015. IATF:16949: 2016
7) SAP or any ERP knowledge will be ideal but not compulsory.
