Range of services: Precision machining, Sheet metal fabrication, Assembly and Testing
- Knowledge in Machining programming software such as Solidwork, Master Cam software, Inventer
- Hands on: CNC, check machining process
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support machining processes and methods required to manufacture complex precision parts
- To review process yields and rates, and make suggestions for improvement
- To recommend manufacturing cost reductions
- Able to lead and coordinate activities for corrective actions
- To participate in manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction and manufacturing standard work improvements
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested
Requirements
- Familiar with machining processes for precision parts manufacturing which includes CNC Milling / Turning / Lathes and other state-of-the-art machining process
- Knowledge in Machining programming software such as Solidwork, Master Cam software, Inventer
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
