Job Description:
- Required team manage and control for whole Ocean Export operations.
- Planning and organizing day to day ocean shipment of export cargo ( FCL/LCL ).
- Liaises and Coordinate with the Carriers, NVOCC and VOC/ Co-loaders for Ocean Export shipment bookings accordingly. Maintain and continuously develop good relationship with the Carriers, NVOCC and VOC/ Co-loaders.
- Meetup with Carriers, NVOCC and VOC/ Co-loaders for better buying and negotiation for freight rates and space slot potentially.
- Answer the telephone and email inquiries for vendors, oversea agents / partners and company branches.
- Inquired work collaboration with other departments ( Sales Team / Customer Service Team etc. )
- Responsible for the day to day Operations and Customer Service functions.
Qualifications and Pre-requisites:
- In depth knowledge of Export Air freight operations and Dangerous Goods regulations
- Good geographical knowledge (inland/worldwide).
- Knowledge of claims handling procedure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and enjoys working as part of team members.
- Good user knowledge of MS office, Experience in EDI.
- Candidate with Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field preferred, but work experience may substitute.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, preferably Senior/Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Monday-Friday, Saturday on shift
