• Salary Range : $1800 – $2300 + high commission

Job Description
This is a full-time position designed to increase sales and revenue through direct selling of customised mobile application for small business. Primary job duty is to sell customise business mobile applications to prospective and existing customers. This position entails heavy cold calling, direct sales to target potential prospects. You will be responsible for making calls and selling emails to senior level corporate executives and identifying needs of the prospect as they pertain to mobile application solutions. You will be expected to make aggressive outbound calls around Key Performance Indicators per day.

Responsibilities:
• Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction
• Engaging in extensive direct selling, cold calls and email
• Growing sales performance
• Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
• Effectively communicating Client plans, features, products and services
• Creating first-rate client experiences
• Establishing and managing critical relationships with clients
• Demonstrate products and show clients how to maximize their features.
• Explain different customizable features.
• Representing Client in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:
• At least 1-3 years’ experience as a Sales Development Representative, with high sales records and performance
• Passion for technology and possess a high level of integrity highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive and energetic phone presence
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and a positive mindset
• Self-starter & hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
• Ability to identify opportunity qualifications and effectively manage objections to a positive resolution
• Team player with ability to work in a high-energy start-up environment
• Sales training, pre-call planning, or CRM experience is a plus
• Highly motivated, target driven, achieve sales and revenue forecasts
• Respond to sales enquires attentively and promptly to secure deals
• Create product awareness and sales penetration
