Job Description:
- Perform preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Perform corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Install and commission of manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and recommend solutions for complex system downs
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers on complex system issues
- Project management duties as assigned
- Service team management duties as assigned
- Customer site management duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years working experience on at least 1 of the toolsets below:
- KLA-Tencor Surfscan SP1, SP2
- KLA-Tencor Brightfield 23xx, 28xx
- KLA-Tencor Puma 91xx
- KLA-Tencor Starlight SLFxx
- KLA-Tencor F5X, FX100
- KLA-Tencor Overlay AIM, AIM+
- Applied Material’s Metrology tools (SEMVision, VeritySEM)
