Lead a team of M&E Engineers & Draftsmen to successfully complete projects on time, within budget and meet quality targets.
Provide excellent service and build a good relationship with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out conceptual design for MEP Services
- Collaborate with Design Team for technical proposal
- Obtain quotation for tendering project and award contract to Sub-Contractor
- Attend Site Meeting and liaise with various stakeholders (client, subcontractor, etc) to ensure M&E work progress to meet datelines
- Ensure compliance of statutory regulations & contractual obligations
i) Manage drawings/documentation for submission to the Authorities including coordination with external PE/QP
- Commissioning & Handover
i) Carry out testing and commissioning of M&E and IT works
ii) Conduct handover inspection
iii) Complete defect rectification and obtain endorsement from client
iv) Collate & compile As-Built drawings, Fire Safety Certificate to client/landlord
- Provide excellent service and build a strong relationship with clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
- Competent in site management of M&E systems in compliance with regulations/procedures in M&E installations
- >10 years experience in M&E with more than 5 years managerial experience in M&E discipline in interior design/construction industry
- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
