Responsibilities:
- BIM/CAD consultation and related services such as model integration, scheduling attributes using modeled info, etc. for design, construction, and post-construction activities.
- Collect, integrate, and audit BIM/CAD data and process as defined in the BIM/CAD requirements, design codes and authority regulation.
- Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM projects.
- Participate as an auditor personnel for our clients in project BIM meetings and lead the meeting as well.
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM/CAD data.
- Support and educate the client’s team to utilize BIM data.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or its relevant discipline
- Certification in BIM Modelling / Management from BCA is preferred
- With minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of producing Construction Drawings / Coordinated Services Drawing
- Past working experience in drawings documentation
- Working experience in BIM/ Large Scale Project
- Proficient in Revit & NAVISWORKS software
- Good time management skill
- Strong understanding of building work
- Coordinate and build model is required
Knowledge of PPVC and experienced in HDB project is an added advantages
