3. Service Engineer position : Looking for candidate willing to travel, do Over time)
We wish to recruit a MARINE SALES / SERVICE ENGINEER.
Duties will include the supervision of installation, commissioning and servicing of the Protea range of FTIR and NDIR gas analysers and accessories, and investigation and problem solving in the region. Some regional travel will be necessary.
Qualities and experience
• The successful candidate will be a Graduate Marine Engineer with training on electronic equipment in the marine industry.
• He or she should be self-motivated and capable of working as part of a small team but with limited supervision.
• Good communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
• Applicants should possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of computers and industrial computer systems interface is essential
• Science based experience or qualifications would be an advantage.
