JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer, support network infrastructure, configuration, maintenance of hardware, software, applications and assist in IT related matters.
• Responsible for network security, ensure network security complies with IT Security Requirements.
• Maintain, update any IT documentations regarding IT Infrastructure, procedures, user support issue and resolution.
• Deploying OS and Application to setup new laptop and PC.
• Manage email configurations and issue troubleshooting for Office2016.
• Patch management and Group Policy Setup.
• Collaborate, liaise with vendors in resolving problems, rolling out new services and applications.
• Responsible for IT inventory and attend to technical support and helpdesk escalation.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups and other applications.
• Manage any IT Infrastructure related projects / ad-hoc matters tasked by HOD.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Min Diploma in IT or relevant fields.
• Min 3 years hands on experience.
• Candidate should have good exposure on virtualisation platform and experience administrating MS Windows Server and enterprise backup software.
• Good technical & hands-on knowledge of the following will be preferred: Active Directory, Windows Servers, Office2016, SQL Database, Virtualization Technologies, Firewall etc.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure that includes TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN remote access etc.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• MCSA/MCSE certification will be an added advantage.
• Outgoing and possess “Can Do” altitude with good inter-personal skills.
