- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Window Server, Active Directory, exchange & SharePoint
- Attend to user’s issue over phone and onsite
- Troubleshoot Networking issues
- Troubleshoot PC issues
- Remote Support where possible
- Ad hoc support role on IT related issues
- After office hour phone standby support.
- Able to work independently and possess positive working attitude.
- Able to be on standby (24/7)
- Knowledge of server, network and security
- L1/L2 support
Working date and time: Monday-Friday, office hour( 8 am- 5 pm/ 8:30 am – 5:30 pm/ 9 am-6 pm)
