SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Response and resolve issue within a stipulated time according to issue category
- Manage and execute IT request according to business priority
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring computer systems and networks
- Provide first level of technical support for desktops, laptops, servers and networks
- Provide first level of SAP support for SAP system
- Co-ordinate and manage technical support with outsourced or external party
- Co-ordinate, manage and execute any IT related projects
- Create and update IT documentation
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Fresh Diploma graduate are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Network Administration, Hardware and Software
- Knowledge of Linux Administration
- Knowledge of SAP MM/ WMS, SD and FI/CO
- Good Knowledge of Programming especially SAP ABAP will be advantage
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
