Job Description:
- Reporting directly to the DVP HR Operation ASEAN, You will drive, influence and support the Business in manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, talent management, staff recognition and retention
- You will play the advisory role and work in close partnership with the respective departments.
- You are also required to provide administrative and payroll support in delivering HR Services to the departments professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience
- Preferably with experience in talent Management or Hay/Mercer systems
- Tact & Diplomacy in inter-personal relationships
- Team player with superior interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
