Responsibilities:
Human Resource
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources Duties
- Handle Start to End of Employee Journey with the Company (Recruitment, selection, Work Passes, On-boarding and off-boarding)
- Annual and 6-monthly Performance Reviews
- Revision of Job Descriptions
- Payroll calculation
- Administering compensation & benefits (E.g. Payroll, Promotion, Disciplinary, Grievances, Tax payment, Leave, Personnel Data, Uniforms, etc)
- Training Analysis and administration
- Travel arrangement for overseas visitors
- Organise annual company bonding or team building event
- Any other Ad-hoc HR duties as may required
Office Administration
- Maintain and process any of the general office admin of the company.
- Stationery & sundry purchasing for office and other ad-hoc projects.
- Tenancy/Rental Management
- Office Equipment management (Sourcing, purchasing, maintain)
IT Support
- Liaising with Vendor on IT equipment and Software matters
- Procuring and maintaining of IT equipment
- IT equipment contract management
- Handling IT enquiries from employee
