Responsibilities:

Human Resource

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources Duties
  • Handle Start to End of Employee Journey with the Company (Recruitment, selection, Work Passes, On-boarding and off-boarding)
  • Annual and 6-monthly Performance Reviews
  • Revision of Job Descriptions
  • Payroll calculation
  • Administering compensation & benefits (E.g. Payroll, Promotion, Disciplinary, Grievances, Tax payment, Leave, Personnel Data, Uniforms, etc)
  • Training Analysis and administration
  • Travel arrangement for overseas visitors
  • Organise annual company bonding or team building event
  • Any other Ad-hoc HR duties as may required

Office Administration

  • Maintain and process any of the general office admin of the company.
  • Stationery & sundry purchasing for office and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Tenancy/Rental Management
  • Office Equipment management (Sourcing, purchasing, maintain)

IT Support

  • Liaising with Vendor on IT equipment and Software matters
  • Procuring and maintaining of IT equipment
  • IT equipment contract management
  • Handling IT enquiries from employee
