Job Description:
 Manage full sets of account (AP, AR & GL functions) for multiple entities;
 Annual expenses budgeting & revenue target
 Prepare Quarterly account reports
 Monthly Account Closing
 Tax compilation & Submission to IRAS
 Unaudited yearly financial report
 Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns;
 Maintain fixed asset register;
 Prepare daily bank reconciliations and accounting schedules;
 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies & principles;
 Improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions;
 Perform full spectrum of HR functions and recruitment processes
 Attracting candidates by job advertisements and briefing candidates about job details
 Conducting career consultations with candidates and handling interview arrangements
 Perform various additional duties, if needed for the support of recruitment function
 Payroll and Leave management for all staffs for the company and its subsidiary
 Other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management.
 Reporting directly to directors
Job Requirement:
 Possess at least an accounting degree and/or any equivalent or higher qualification.
 At least 2 years working experience in accounting (preferably logistics or related industries)
 Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment;
 Possess good team work;
