Job Description:
Manage full sets of account (AP, AR & GL functions) for multiple entities;
Annual expenses budgeting & revenue target
Prepare Quarterly account reports
Monthly Account Closing
Tax compilation & Submission to IRAS
Unaudited yearly financial report
Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns;
Maintain fixed asset register;
Prepare daily bank reconciliations and accounting schedules;
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies & principles;
Improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions;
Perform full spectrum of HR functions and recruitment processes
Attracting candidates by job advertisements and briefing candidates about job details
Conducting career consultations with candidates and handling interview arrangements
Perform various additional duties, if needed for the support of recruitment function
Payroll and Leave management for all staffs for the company and its subsidiary
Other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management.
Reporting directly to directors
Job Requirement:
Possess at least an accounting degree and/or any equivalent or higher qualification.
At least 2 years working experience in accounting (preferably logistics or related industries)
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment;
Possess good team work;
