Job Description:
- Perform FAT, SAT and Testing & commissioning of Medium Voltage drive, Transformer and Switchgear. Product knowledge in Low Voltage Variable Speed Drive and UPS, PLC System is an added advantage for this role
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, fault investigation, isolation and rectification of electrical equipment in the plant area
- Provide field operations and technical support to customers. Interface with customers on after sales service, understand and assist customers in defining their needs
- Attend to all repairs/maintenance related problems on-site, trouble shoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide product warranty claim support and handle quality issues
- Conduct technical training to enable users/customers in optimizing the product performance
- Provide inputs from field to Engineering and factory for new products design and existing products improvement
- Procurement of spare parts and equipment
- Assist Service Manager in establishing service contract with external business partners
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Power Engineering
- Able to handle Medium Voltage 3KV/6.6KV/11KV products
- Must possess working experience in technical servicing role
- Hands-on in servicing customers and able to work independently at job sites
- At least 3 years field service experience in related industry
- Good communication skill
- Good planning and time management skills
