Job Description:
• Acquire new clients and ensure client success
• Drive customer level relationships
• Manage and organize sales pipeline
• Be a subject matter expert in email marketing and automation
• Absolute comfort with calling customers and demo over online meetings
Qualifications/ Skills:
• Must have deep experience in E-mail marketing strategy and tactics, including html
creation, editing, analytics and content
• Proactive in client retention and renewal
• Ability to convert potential leads to customers
• Excellent communications skills and creative writing skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Eye for detail with strong editing, writing, and proof-reading skills
