Job Responsibilities:  

  • To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established
    • To report any service related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor
    • To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status
    • To perform proper follow up procedures on all expedited shipments
    • To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner
    • To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments
    • To update shipment status into the system

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service/ Admin in the Logistics industry or a related industry
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal, co-ordination and organisational skills
• Possess a positive work attitude and problem solving skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
