Job Description

  • Assist daily task and projects given by the management.
  • Provide operational support at the office.
  • Handles BizFile and BizFinx transactions with ACRA.
  • CRM Management for follow-ups and assisting our marketing team.
  • Working closely with the counterpart in the Hong Kong Head Office.
  • Assist and manage any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-year Corporate Secretarial experience in the industry.
  • Diploma qualified or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications OR;
  • Holder of professional qualification (e.g. ICSA / ATP / AIA) but not essential.
  • Traits of Pro-active, self-motivated, positive attitude, responsible and independent.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritizes and organizes tasks to manage competing demands.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Highly professional approach, commitment to work to the highest standards and ability to uphold and strengthen the firm’s reputation and market profile.
  • Able to start work within short notice is advantageous.
