General Description

• Check flight uplifting/arrival
• Preparation of import/export/trans-shipment permits
• Known Consignor List Maintenance
• Execution of AWB (MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, Labels etc.,)
• Sending of pre-alert to oversea agents, emailing HAWB / documents to shipper, etc.
• Invoicing customers and verifying vendors’ invoices & agents’ debit notes.
• Closing of monthly job files
• Support Import breakbulk documents as and when required
• Any other duties assigned by the manager

REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar freight forwarding capacity with strong ground and warehouse operations

·         Tradenet / CCN / FWB knowledge is mandatory

·         Candidate with DG Certificate is a bonus

·         Candidate to be able to work night shift as and when required (not so often)

·         Candidate to be a team player, fast worker with initiatives and positive working attitude

·         Candidates able to start immediately will be considered with priority
