Responsibilities:
– Ensure that employee’s information is up to date and regularly maintained in the server
– Tracking/Monitor of employees’ attendance, leave and claims management
– Coordinate office safety inspection and emergency drill exercises as well as facilitate annual
preventive maintenance shutdown
– Maintain and upkeep all related documents and report in an organized manner
– Provide administrative support to the team
– Other related tasks assigned time to time e.g. administrating employment contract and
reports
– Provide support with the insurance application and processing
– Conduct full end to end recruitment cycle
– Onboarding – process job application, offer of employment, work pass application
– Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellations using MOM portal
– Carry out initiative to improve employee welfare and labor relations
– Work closely with director, manager and the team
– Regularly sent out memo on company procedure (leave and attendance), every two month
Key Requirements:
– Candidate must be meticulous and able to work independently
– Well versed in MS Office
– Good command of spoken and written skills
– Organized, neat and systematic
– Ability to multi-task and willing to learn new skills in HR function
– Able to adhere to strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure
– Good knowledge of the employment Act and local labour laws will be advantageous
