Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the day-to-day activities of the company
Order Processing, including recording of orders, PO acknowledgement, sales order preparation, scheduling of deliveries, invoicing, etc.
Preparation and sending of quotations to customers
Preparation of Purchase Orders
Answering of phone calls
Receiving of goods delivery
Assist in stock take every 6 months
Salary details:
Basic salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,200 per month
Reporting To:
Operations Manager
