Our customers are a well-known and established company in the maritime industry. It is a leading advanced marine technology, goods, insurance, logistics service provider. They are looking for a single individual to participate in their growing business as an Application Administrator Analyst.

Responsibility

– Determine the potential consequences of changing or estimating what needs to be modified to make changes in the Main Database.
– Responsible for developing the set of input values, implementation prerequisites, expected results and post conditions to include certain test conditions and testing procedures to enhance, change requirements and release the patch.
– Responsible for developing operational workflow diagrams and process diagrams for systems.
– Perform application testing from User Acceptance Test and Terminal Test before authenticating application releases.
Responsible for managing suppliers on system issues and ensuring suppliers solve problems in SLA.
– Facilitate the project meeting with different stakeholders, Suppliers and project teams to streamline the system and operating procedures.
– Responsible for implementing deployments for on-board application systems.
– Responsible for conducting quality inspection on the basis of data on completeness and accuracy.
– To conduct application training for end user groups.
– Responsible for supporting daily system problems and service requests.

Request

– Minimum 3 years of experience working with a Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
– Experience in data management and organizational skills
– Firm knowledge of Marine ERP software is preferred
– Powerful data analysis skills
– Excellent technical knowledge (Advanced Excel skills, prioritized programming and knowledge skills set)
– Good communication skills and a team player
– Multi-tasking ability, working under pressure & Independent

Other information:

– Location: Near Bouna Vista subway station
– Business days: 5 days – Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
– Salary: Up to 4,500 dollars + Bonus of 1 month completion (salary will be commensurate with experience & qualifications).
