Job Description:
- Support GM in implementation of short and long-term projects
- Oversees management of building, daily repair works
- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements
- Enforcement and improving on by-laws
- Ensure Subsidiary proprietors, tenants and contractors adhere to the by-laws and house-rules
- Ensure building comply with WSH (BizSafe)
- Track and update renewals of licence from relevant authorities (eg. BCA, FSSB, EMA etc)
- Oversees the development and management of capital and expenses budgets
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity
- Prepare and handle all legal, insurance, service agreements, quotes and cost comparison
- Liaison with Cleaning, M&E, Security departments
- AGM & EGM planning and co-ordinating
- Prepare and submit monthly facilities report
- Management of Gym Card Access System
- Cover admin duties and attend to walk-ins when staff is on leave or as and when necessary
- Able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Property Management or relevant to this position
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management
- Strong leadership, initiative and ability to lead and motivate team
- Committed to providing excellent services to customers
- Meticulous to details
- Candidate with FSM (fire safety) and/or GMFM (green mark) certification will have an advantage
