Job Responsibilities and Duties:
 Engage, nurture and support Key Merchants on regular basis to address, identify everchanging business needs and requirements
 Work alongside internal teams (e.g. Product, Integration, Underwriting and Finance) to
ensure excellent experience for onboarding of new Key Merchants
 Work closely with Support team to investigate and resolve transactional issues reported by
Key Merchants
 Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative
analyses
 Promote knowledge sharing, effective communication among all internal stakeholders based
on all information gathered
Requirements:
 Prefer with 3-5 years of business development or account management experience
 Good understanding of the ecommerce payment or FinTech industry would be an added advantage
 High level of personal credibility with good communication and interpersonal skills
 Creative and flexible individual who can multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
 Ability to work collaboratively across functions, yet independently
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Good presentation skill
