Job Description

1. Conducts business needs assessment and develops information systems that meet the organisation’s objectives.
2. Define user’s functional requirements
3. Perform system analysis and design
4. Works in partnership with clients, advising them on the best use of IT to meet specific business requirements.
5. Liaise with developer’s team and business stakeholders
6. Understanding both client requirements and system outcome
7. Provide training to customers on how to use LSRetail System (LSNAV ) and/or Microsoft Navision
8. Conduct IT solution’ user acceptance testing, integration testing as per the implementation plan

 

Requirements

1. LS Retail – LSNAV and/or Dynamics NAV consultancy experience; ideally within a partner background
2. Good knowledge in Retail operations; ideally in fast moving retailer and retail fashion chain stores
3. Strong understanding of LSNAV and/or Microsoft NAV 2009/2013/2015/2016/2017
4. Candidates with strong NAV financials experiences will be considered for finance consultant positions
5. At least 1 complete implementation for a retail project involving (directly or indirectly) Retail Back Office, Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Sales order, POS functionalities.
6. Experience of working on full implementations life cycle across multiple versions of LSNAV and/or Dynamics NAV
7. Extensive background in the retail module is advantageous
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
9. Excellent understanding and knowledge of core LSNAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
10. Microsoft SQL Server understanding
11. Ability to develop new solutions and improve existing solutions
12. Ability to translate customer needs into efficient solutions that work
13. Ability to create high quality system functional documentation, testing environment and strong requirements gathering skills.
14. Analytical, problem-solving and adaptable to work in a fast pace environment.
15. Possesses intellectual curiosity and a knack for analysing and solving problems amidst ambiguity.
16. Knowledge and background of development (desired)
17. C# understanding (desired)
18. Knowledge of reporting tools (desired)
19. Candidates without LSNAV and/or NAV skillset but with 2-3 years of any other enterprise retail systems implementation experiences will also be considered
20. Positive working attitude and willing to learn and take up new tasks as and when assigned
21. Customer oriented and strong organization skills
22. Matured, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
23. Must be a team player who easily builds rapport with others and is comfortable

communicating and discussing ideas or solutions with clients and IT department
