Job Description
- Perform Kit to Build, ensure parts and materials are ready for Assembly team to build.
- Perform Binning of spares and materials
- Perform Ink marking of parts
- Monitor parts movement from repair to Kit, ensure all parts and materials are made available for kit to build
- Perform Visual inspection of parts after toll gating from upstream station and ensure all parts are properly storage or protected
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or other related disciplines.
- Active participation in lean sigma & continuous improvement initiatives
- Active participation in 5S program
- Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and improvement.
- Committed and able to work OT if required.
- Good and consistent attendance at work.
- Observe good punctuality during working hours.
- Disciplined and self-motivated, conforming and understand quality work. “Doing the first time right” attitude.
- Possess good workmanship.
- Good team player and yet able to work independently with minimum guidance
