Job Description:
- Lead a team of Assembly Operators / Engineers
- Handle the cost efficiency, quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing operations business plan to include all program requirements, labour hours, cycles, production costs, to ensure that all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met
- Setting up production goals and meeting target dates, completing paperwork daily related to the assembly line, and communicating with other departments
- Identify problem solving and improvement projects, establish targets, organize resources, define technical requirements and develop plans to achieve costs and quality objective
- Review production and operating reports
- Generate weekly and monthly reports as requested
- Support customer audits as and when required
- Enhanced safety and quality programs to exceed company standards
Skills Desired:
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- ERP knowledge
- Technical Drawing BOM
- Familiar with SPC, Gage R&R and DOE
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
