Job Descriptions
- Accounts Payable
- Prepare cheque, interbank Giro and TT for payments.
- Staff Claims
- Ensure that claims are processed promptly, amounts are accurate and supporting documents are in order;
- Ensure that claims forms are completed and approved by the relevant authorities;
- Update medical records;
- Accounts Receivables
- Prepare billing, email/mail/e-invoicing to customers;
- Follow up on outstanding receivables;
- Credit review for customers include existing and new customers;
- Key in receipts from customers
- Monthly intercompany confirmation
- Cash Book
- Update cashbook in daily/weekly basis;
- Petty cash claims verification;
- Monitor Petty cashflow & cashflow in bank
- Tally cashbook against bank and intercompany confirmation;
- Reporting
- Monthly collection forecast
- Monthly Cashflow reporting
- Monthly/Weekly Receivable reporting
- Monthly/Weekly Sales reporting
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Sales & Order forecast/budget
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least 3-5 years relevant experience
- MS Office and SAP experience is a MUST
- Salary range: S$2,800 – S$3,000 (salary will commensurate with experience)
