Job Descriptions

  1. Accounts Payable
    1. Prepare cheque, interbank Giro and TT for payments.
  2. Staff Claims
    1. Ensure that claims are processed promptly, amounts are accurate and supporting documents are in order;
    2. Ensure that claims forms are completed and approved by the relevant authorities;
    3. Update medical records;
  3. Accounts Receivables
    1. Prepare billing, email/mail/e-invoicing to customers;
    2. Follow up on outstanding receivables;
    3. Credit review for customers include existing and new customers;
    4. Key in receipts from customers
    5. Monthly intercompany confirmation
  4. Cash Book
    1. Update cashbook in daily/weekly basis;
    2. Petty cash claims verification;
    3. Monitor Petty cashflow & cashflow in bank
    4. Tally cashbook against bank and intercompany confirmation;
  5. Reporting
    1. Monthly collection forecast
    2. Monthly Cashflow reporting
    3. Monthly/Weekly Receivable reporting
    4. Monthly/Weekly Sales reporting
    5. Quarterly GST reporting
    6. Sales & Order forecast/budget

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least 3-5 years relevant experience
  • MS Office and SAP experience is a MUST
  • Salary range: S$2,800 – S$3,000 (salary will commensurate with experience)
