WHAT WE OFFER
The Sales Manager is responsible for achievement of the TPU sales budget, technical support in customer side, working with our BD team and providing quick local support. This position is also responsible for product promotion and application development within the defined responsible areas.
• Promote TPU products, develop new applications, and provide trouble shooting.
• Build network with transplants, molders and OEMs; provide regular customer report.
• Work with related colleagues, arrange product testing and trials, keep follow and report to project team colleagues, provide solution to customers.
• Set sales plan and provide inputs regarding sales strategy implementation in the country.
• Monitor and propose credits for the assigned accounts, follow up with customers to ensure payments within target timeline; monitor overdue situation.
• Collect market information, including industry shift to future trend and competitors’ activities.
WHAT YOU OFFER
• Bachelor or comparable degree, major in Chemical, Machinery or related.
• 5 years working experience including 3 years in sales.
• Logical thinking and strategic mindset.
• Mandarin fluency.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written
