RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate, design and implement procedures and processes to prevent any potential quality escapes
- Lead contract reviews.
- Develop quality plans and ITP.
- Resolve customer complaints and submit CARs timely
- Resolve in-house NCs timely
- Responsible for supplier quality performance
- Lead internal audit to ensure procedural compliance of the IMS (ISO9001/APIQ1).
- Ensure compliance of customer requirements e.g. TPI/ WPS/PQR /ITP etc
- Analyse and prepare monthly QA/QC reports for management review timely
- Liaise with customer’s supplier quality team
- Manage QA Team to ensure COC and MDRs are accurate and on time.
- Manage QC Team to ensure that all related operations are timely in order to meet customer’s OTD requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct performance appraisal, identify competency gaps and recommend training for department staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors / Diploma Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience.
- Knowledge on Machining processes / NDT / UT.
- Knowledge on API / ISO lead auditor / MR.
- Able to communicate openly and confidently
- Able to clearly and concisely present both written an/or oral information
- Ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems
- Good team player, energetic and willing to learn
