RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate, design and implement procedures and processes to prevent any potential quality escapes
  • Lead contract reviews.
  • Develop quality plans and ITP.
  • Resolve customer complaints and submit CARs timely
  • Resolve in-house NCs timely
  • Responsible for supplier quality performance
  • Lead internal audit to ensure procedural compliance of the IMS (ISO9001/APIQ1).
  • Ensure compliance of customer requirements e.g. TPI/ WPS/PQR /ITP  etc
  • Analyse and prepare monthly QA/QC reports for management review timely
  • Liaise with customer’s supplier quality team
  • Manage QA Team to ensure COC and MDRs are accurate and on time.
  • Manage QC Team to ensure that all related operations are timely in order to meet customer’s OTD requirements
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance appraisal, identify competency gaps and recommend training for department staff

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors / Diploma Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience.
  • Knowledge on Machining processes / NDT / UT.
  • Knowledge on API / ISO lead auditor / MR.
  • Able to communicate openly and confidently
  • Able to clearly and concisely present both written an/or oral information
  • Ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems
  • Good team player, energetic and willing to learn
