BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at a degree or diploma
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns is a MUST
- Experience in website design and development is important but not critical
- Experience in online project management tools (e.g. Monday, Wrike)
- Experience in using online collaborative tools (e.g. Asana, Basecamp, Spark, Zoom)
- A STRONG INTEREST in digital media is a MUST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit online properties
- Discuss and agree with client on objectives
- Scoping deliverables, KPIs, costs for projects
- Appointing contractors for the various aspect of the project deliverables
- Use online project management tools (e.g. Monday, Trello, Write) to monitor work and collaborate with stakeholders
- Use online collaboration tools (e.g. Asana, Zoom, Spark) to communicate with stakeholders
- Preparing reports for clients and management
- Communicate with sales team and finance team for budgeting and payments
- Sourcing for, testing and curating contractors on an active basis
