Job Description:
- Support the business in Singapore by handling product registrations
- Maintaining product life cycle for medical devices.
- Timely management of the registration activities including technical variations and labelling updates
- Work closely with the team and relevant government bodies such as HSA to promptly response to regulatory queries
- Comply with relevant regulatory SOPs and other processes
- Act as liaison between HSA and the principal during evaluation process. Keeping track of datelines for responses, clarifying queries and meeting officers to resolve issues if required.
- Closely follow up on registration progress
- Support other regulatory activities such as local and central compliance activities, product licences activities, due diligence checks
- Maintain the central registration database
- Handle ad hoc assignments required to support regulatory and LOC
Job Requirement:
- At least tertiary education in relevant field
- Experience in medical device is preferred
- Familiar with HAS requirement
- Good knowledge of current regulatory requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
