The Role:
- Reporting to Facilities Manager
- Responsible for performing trouble-shooting and maintenance for all facility-related equipment
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment such as HVAC, fire protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc
- Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
- Manage company’s property portfolio
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Building Maintenance
- Experience in performing simple handyman jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
- Able to interpret electrical diagrams
- Must have Class 3 driving license
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred
