Job Description:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms
• Design digital marketing collaterals, copywriting and schedule contents for websites and digital platforms
• Manage organization’s website, booking and e-commence platforms
• Ensure graphics are visually appealing and source for suitable images for still photos and videos
• Develop, edit and post content and short video clips across website and digital platforms
• Research and monitor social media of competitors, identify new digital marketing/product trends and improvements
• Optimize SEM for paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ad, Instagram etc.) and improve SEO for all websites
• Work with the team to launch and manage initiatives with the most suitable online engagement tools to extend reach out to target audience
• Collate data and metrics, track the performance of marketing campaigns, social media/digital platform engagements and traffic to website to ensure that set KPIs are met
• Source and liaise with ad agencies/vendors/brands to execute events, support planning and implementation of digital campaigns
• Drive initiatives to grow email database marketing campaigns, SMS and optimize EDM objectives like open rates, click through and conversions
• Manage and plan loyalty (CRM) program to grow database
• Work closely with Media, Influencers/KOL to maximize brand exposure
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements:
• 3 years of digital and social marketing experience in content writing including
SEO/SEM
• Livestock and aquaculture industry experience will be added advantage
• Proficient in design, video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
• Good understanding in website management (WordPress/WIX), Social Media, Google and their metrics, KPIs, analytics and insights.
• Basic Knowledge in Google Analytics or Adwords, certificate will be a plus
• Working knowledge of video production, equipment and software
• Strong planning and project management skills needed to execute multiple projects
• Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and able to work under pressure and flexible hours
